Belt Conveyor

Overview
Dewo belt conveyor is adaptable to both stationary and mobile crushing plants, it is widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump materials, or packaged materials. The transfer system can be one single or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipment according to various transferring requirements. Dewo belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or a slope to meet the needs of different transfer lines.

The main structure of belt conveyor:
1.The belt conveyor is mainly made up of the rack, belt, belt roller, tensioning device and other components. The body of the machine is made of connected high-quality steel board, the surface of which is slant. The belt roller and carrier roller are on the rack, used for driving and supporting the transmission belt. The two driving ways are reduction motor driver and electric roller driver.
2.The belt conveyor can work within the temperatures ranging from 20°C to °C. The temperature of the transmission materials should be below 50°C

Principle
The conveyers which are produced by Dewo consist of standard parts, which are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain. They are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump material, or packaged material. According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independently or multi-conveyers or combined with other transfer equipment. The belt conveyers produced by Dewo can be operated in the circumstance temperature range from -20°C to +40°C. The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyer should be lower than 50°C.
