Cement mills are important cement making machine mainly used to make deep crushing of the crushed materials. The cement mills made by Dewo have been widely applied to grind wet or dry materials in the industries of producing cement, silicate products, and new type of construction materials, refractory matter, chemical fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metal and glass ceramics.
According to different specifications of China cement mills, our company uses proper transmission modes. There are mainly two transmission modes, namely edge transmission and center transmission. The internal cylinder uses new type of segregating liner plate and standard ladder lining board, which increases materials grinding surface area has better grading effect. Later maintenance and replacement are easier and more convenient. New partition structure uses fixed lifting plate and adjustable lifting plate, which is easy installed and maintained.
China cement mills are a barrel type rotating grate ball mill made up of two cabins and driven by the gears. Materials enter the first cabin of the cement miller via the hollow roll of the charging device uniformly in a spiral pattern. Inside the cabin there is a ladder scale board or a ripple scale board on which different steel balls are installed. The barrel rotates to produce centrifugal force to life the steel balls to certain height and then makes them fall to impact and grind materials. After the rough grinding in the first cabin, materials enter the second cabin via the single layer separating plate. The second cabin is lined with plane scale board on which there are some steel balls. Materials are further ground to powders which are discharged from the unloading grate board, thus finishing the grinding process of cement mill.

According to the display of pulverized coal measured data, it can be saving electricity above 30% use of vertical roller mill production per ton cement clinker than traditional tube mill, and the power saving effect is very remarkable.
3. Stable, high-efficiency and environmental protection
The vibration noise in overall system is low and equipment with whole sealing system working under negative pressure with no dust overflow. Therefore, cement vertical roller mill meets the national environmental protection requirements. With working mechanism changing, cement vertical roller mill can be reduced friction and improved service life.
4. With a strong casting capability and short delivery period
