Why we design the tyre drive ball mill:
Modern grinding machines always work with big motor power, electric power consumption very high is one part, big noisy is another. If work in remote area, there maybe no problem, but if work near residential area, this is forbidden.
Some clients report to us that for mineral especially for rare metals, when grinding, there always lost the metals in the gaps of liners. And with normal manganese steel liner, it is easy to reaction when grinding.
In order to solve above problems, we improve the old type heavy self load, high noisy, high power consumption gear drive ball mill, instead of our new type super sound-off rubber liner, solid tyre drive ball mill machine.
This machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control ) and so on.
The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace , the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scale board. This machine run steadily and works reliably.
1.Traditional sliding bearings are replaced by double row roller bearings in small and medium size ball mills to reduce energy consuming
2. Large ball mills adopt pitot pressure or hydrostatic bearings.
3. Air clutch system for starting the motor safely
4. Alternative synchronous or asynchronous motor
5. Low speed driving unit with Lifting device, convenient for maintenance.
