Overview
High frequency screen is also called high frequency vibrating screen, which is a kind of separating equipment in ore dressing plants. It separates materials according to their particle sizes. High frequency screen has high efficiency and small amplitude, which is the effective equipment for the screening and grading of fine materials.
This series screens are always used in processing minerals such as ferrous metals including hematite&magnetic and nonferrous metals including lead, zinc, glod and silver etc.This machine works in a re-circulating network with ball mill, which can upgrade the fineness of ferrous and nonferrous metals. Its efficiency is twice as that of spiral classifier.

Principle
Erect the Spiral Separator, calibrate the perpendicular line and fix it in a proper position with iron structure or wood. Send the mineral sand with the sand pump to the two feeding mouth on the top of the spiral chute, add make-up water to adjust the density of the ore pulp, and the ore pulp will naturally rotationally flow down and produce an inertial centrifugal force in the rotary slant flow. The gravity and the centrifugal force will separate the ores and sand according to the proportion, granularity and shape of the ore sand, and the ore concentrate will flow into the concentrate funnel and be discharged with the pipe and the tailings will flow to the tailing funnel and be discharged to the sand tank with the pipe and drained by the sand pump to complete the whole separation process.



Feature
High efficiency, small amplitude and high frequency of screening; regarding to the working principle, it differs from the conventional screens. By means of breaking of the surface tension of slurry, together with small granularity’s high speed vibration on sieve cover and accelerates the separating of large-density useful mines and increases the contacting probability of the materials smaller than output granularity and the sieve pore. Therefore, it creates good condition for separating materials, especially for the small size.
