Rotary Kiln

Overview
Dewo can produce rotary kiln with diameter Φ1-Φ5m, which is widely used in metallurgy, steel, chemical, refractory, ceramsite, papermaking industries. The kiln supporting has rolling and sliding type and the drive can use DC or AC variable frequency control. It has various seal types for different working condition. Dewo can also design and customize non-standard rotary kiln according to customer’s special requirements.
Rotary Kiln is a kind of thermal equipment calcines lump, bulk and slurry materials. It is widely used in cement & construction, non-ferrous metals, lime, ferrous metals, refractory materials, industrial chemicals, paper making industries etc.

Principle
Raw meal powder feed from high-end tremie pipe into kiln preheater cylinder body, due to the tilting and slowly revolving of the kiln cylinder, the material produces a namely along the circumferential direction, then along the axial and the compound movement from high to low end mobile, raw material in the furnace through the decomposition, sintering process, such as after calcining cement clinker from the kiln at the bottom of the barrel, discharged into the cooling machine.
The fuel entered from the kiln head injection, combustion in furnace, heat from the raw material, make raw calcinations clinker, and produce hot air when material exchange in formation in the process, from kiln end into the kiln system, and finally by the chimney into the atmosphere.
