Spiral Classifier

Overview
Spiral Classifier, which are also called spiral concentrators, are gravity devices that separate minerals of different specific gravity according to their relative movement in response to gravity, centrifugal force and other forces in the fluid medium.

Principle
The classifier is grading equipment, according to the principle that solid particles size and proportion are different, thus the settling velocity in liquids is different, fine mineral particles floating in the water to overflow out, the crude ore particles settling to the bottom, then discharged by the spiral into the upper part, to carry out grading.
It is able to grade and filter the material which grinds to powder by grinding mill, then use of helix vane, send the coarse material into mill feed mouth, and filter out the fine material discharged from the overflow pipe
