Pendulum Feeder

Overview
Pendulum feeder is also called pendulous feeder or pendulum feeding machine. Pendulum feeder is suitable for beneficiation, coal, chemicals and other sectors, the granular material from the hopper through the hopper to the types of the affected device. Pendulum Feeder is not suitable to transport dry powder or large-granular materials, otherwise there will be dust pollution and the discharge port will be blocked.

Principle
After electro motor being started, the power will be transmitted to the reducer for decreasing the speed through V belt. The power reduced is transmitted to the eccentric gear with adjustable eccentric distance and the eccentric gear drives the baseboard of the pendulum to move back and forth like an arc through the connecting rod, so that the feeding mouth will open and close repeatedly. The rocks in the ore storage bin above the feeder are fed in from the inlet and then evenly discharged to make sure the ball mill is evenly fed in with materials.
