Based on customers’ requirements, our engineer staff designs the all sliming cyanidation carbon in leaching technology for gold extraction. Dewo solution is composed of Crushing& Screening system, Grinding & classifying system, leaching system (CIL technology), tailings dewatering system, and sewage treating system.

Design Principle:

Based on customers' mineral analysis report and requirements, we suggest customers adopt all sliming cyanidation carbon in leaching technology for gold extraction.

All sliming cyanidation carbon in leaching technology can take full advantage of mineral resources which can maximize the customers’ interest. 

The technology is environment friendly. We use Tailings dewatering system. Leaching tailings is filtered by the filter press, the filtrate can fed back to grinding and classifying system for recycling; 

Tailings dewatering can reduce the cost of tailing dam and the consumption of NaCN;

Save the floor area;

Shorten the construction period.

We can recover the Ag. 

In the ball mill, the leaching and grinding work is conducted at the same time. This will increase the leaching rate of Au and Ag. For the recovery rate, the Au will be more than 90%; Ag will be more than 50%.
